Veli T7 x 451mm wheel

Veli T7 was the latest Veli series (Jan. 2018), which stands out for its longer steel frame, vbrake or cantilever pivots, slot for Tern Lugagge Truss or Brompton load adapter and compatibility with larger diameter wheels (451mm)

But why the 451 wheel? +45mm make a big difference?

This size allows thinner tires (between 23 to 37mm) without exceeding too much, the 406mm. We can thus have more performance and the same comfort.

On the other hand the fork has the vbrake only for wheel 20 "- 406mm, in this case it uses the caliper brake. Remember that if you customize it with dropbar or bullhorns bars you need calipers.

Gurpil wheels are very good for the price. 22mm wide (even compatible with thinner tires like Schwalbe Durano or Panaracer Minits) good finish, good thickness of stainless steel spokes.

Megarange 14 - 32T, for better amplitude with the front plate of 53t.

Veli T7 - 451mm will be available as a custom made product, which means there is no permanent stock.
